Installation of Lights

Lock the rotary cutter into transport position. For
more detail and part numbers, refer to parts
manual. Bolt the light frames to the center beam
using the supplied 3/8" bolts, washers and locknuts.
Install the lamps onto the light frames with the
amber light to the outside of the cutter. The red
lamp is to be installed with the red facing the rear.
Install the light module on the right light frame.

Wiring of Lights

From the light module, plug the 4-pin right signal output plug to the 12" (30cm) extension harness. Plug the 3-
pin plug to the red lamp and the 2-pin plug to the amber plug.
From the light module, plug the 4-pin left signal output plug to the 84" (213cm) extension harness. Plug the 3-
pin plug to the red lamp and the 2-pin plug to the amber plug.
Plug the main harness to the input end of the light module. Using plastic wire ties, route the harness along the
hydraulic hoses to the front of the rotary cutter. Allow enough slack in the harness for turning.
Test the circuit. The lights should operate in unison with your tractor lights. If the turning lamps are opposite to
the tractor, reverse the output to extension harness connections. If the lights do not work at all, check all
connections are snug.
