CHANGING BLADES
Empty the oil tank before removing the blade.
To replace the blade, undo the blade securing bolt. This will be very tight and it is recommended that you
wear protective gloves, due to the blade being very sharp.

Reinstall as illustrated. Tighten the screw properly. Tightening torque 45 Nm.
When replacing the blade, the blade screw should also be replaced.
CHANGING OIL
Let engine run out of petrol
Wait until engine has stopped & cooled slightly.
Disconnect spark plug wire and keep away from spark plug.
When engine is still warm, remove oil drain plug.
Drain oil into a suitable container.
Clean the oil drain plug before refitting back.
Return machine to wheels and level ground.
Remove dipstick and add new recommended oil, slowly to upper limit on dipstick (500ml)
DO NOT OVERFILL
Refit tipstick and oil cap to engine
WARNING: Prevent skin contact with used
engine oil. Wash your skin with soap & water
after oil change.
CAUTION: Used oil is a hazardous waste
product. All discarded oil, should be disposed
of at your local recycling centre, using a sealed
container. DO NOT DISCARD IN
HOUSEHOLD WASTE
