Maintenance

To clean the remote controller, wipe it with a dry soft cloth. Do not wash with water, which may cause a malfunction.
WARNING
For daily maintenance including Air Filter cleaning, make sure to ask the qualified service person
particularly for the following types of indoor unit as the maintenance requires high-place work;
• 4-way cassette type
• Compact 4-way cassette type
• 2-way cassette type
• 1-way cassette type
• Ceiling type
• Concealed duct standard type
• Concealed duct high static type
• Slim duct type
CAUTION
Do not push buttons with wet hands.
Doing so may result in electric shock.
Cleaning the filters
• When the filter indicator is displayed on the remote controller, clean the filters.
• Ask qualified service person to clean the filters for the types of indoor unit listed in the warning on the top of this
chapter.
• Clogged filters may lower the cooling and heating performance.
The "

disappears.
