    User Manual 1. Product Introduction Using the LEEDARSON Water Leak Sensor and the LEEDARSON Application for your mobile device, you can receive immediate alerts if a leak or flooding occurs in your home (such as in a basement, near a water heater, under an old pipe, or in a bathroom). Early alerts can help you prevent leaks from turning into flood situation, extensive property damage and excessive bills.

     The LEEDARSON Water Leak Sensor is a Zigbee compatible sensor.  The LEEDARSON Water Leak Sensor is powered by AAA battery with a 5-years battery life.  The LEEDARSON Water Leak “alarm” can be sent to Zigbee network devices or to any compatible alarm system hub.

    1. The sensor will be in pairing status when power turns on for the first time. This will cause an LED indicator light to flash once per second for 3 minutes. Use the LEEDARSON Application to search for this device If sensor pairs successfully, the light will stop blinking and then stay on for about 10 seconds.

    4. Once the sensor detects a water leak, the LED Indicator flashes and the alarm beeps once per second. The alarm signal will be sent to the gateway once every 5 minutes. During the alarm status, the user can mute the buzzer by using the App. If the sensor still detects a water leak after 10 minutes, the detector will trigger the alarm again and another signal will be sent to the gateway and the user.
