CIS
The CIS scans the
reverse side of the
original, if two-sided
scanning has been
selected.
The resolution is 600
dpi, the same as the
CCD.
The white roller
below CIS is used as
a white reference
point
This means that for
two-sided
scanning, the
original feeds
though the scanner
one time only.
