Operation
Press the ON stand-by for about 2 s: When the device is in "stand-by" status (no function) there are
no light signals on the display.
The control ensures anti-freeze safety even when set to stand-by.

Room temperature probe offset adjustment

In some cases the detected values might not represent the real
temperature due to the fact that the temperature probe is located
in the lower section of the device.
Use this function to adjust the measured value shown on the
display within a range of +/- 10 °C in 0.1°C steps.
Use this adjustment carefully and only after having found actual

With the panel off hold the - key for 5 seconds to access the menu from which you can adjust (using
the + and - keys) from –10 to +10 K in 0.1 K steps the offset of the AIR probe displayed on the
screen.
After 20 seconds from the last action performed the panel turns off and the setting is saved.

Long term shut-down

For seasonal shut-downs or holidays proceed as follows:
- Disable the device.
- Set the main system switch to Off.

Error signals

Error
Room temperature probe (AIR) failure.
Fan motor fault (for example jamming due to foreign bodies or fault in the rotation sensor).
Water temperature probe failure for 2-pipe versions (H2). In this case make sure the probe has 10 kΩ.
Cold water temperature probe failure for 4-pipe versions (H4). (Only for ECA647) located in the main battery.
Operation of the S1 grill microswitch due to filter cleaning
deviations from the room temperature using a reliable tool!
The anti-freeze function is not active.
