Pipe Attachment
1. Pass the cable through the gap between the lower mount collar blocks (H).
2. Pass the length of cable through the center of the pre-cut stainless steel pipe.

3. Slide the pipe down into position in the strut-block assembly as shown in Fig. 21. Make sure the pipe extends 1 inch through the
collar blocks (H) and does not touch the strut plates below.
4. Tighten all hardware and ensure components are secure to the pipe without over-tightening.

5. Slide the upper mount pipe bracket (B) over the pipe and cable. Ensure the notched
end of the bracket is down (or toward the pipe for a horizontal configuration).
•
For ease of use, about keep about 1 foot of the pipe length above the upper
mount assembly.
6. Attach the upper mount lock handle (C). To prevent galling, apply a small amount of
grease to the threads of the lock handle.
7. Tighten the upper mount lock handle (C) to secure the pipe's vertical position.
