10.3.1 testo Saveris penetration temperature

Only clean sensor gently with a soft paper towel or rinse under running
water.

Carefully dry sensor with a soft paper towel.

10.3.2 testo Saveris cooking oil probe

Improper handling!
Damage to the sensor possible!
- Do not remove cold oil residues from the sensor.
- Do not use sharp-edged objects.
- Do not use any aggressive cleaning agents or solvents.
- Do not use force.
1 Only clean sensor gently with a soft paper towel or rinse under running
water.
2 - Carefully dry sensor with a soft paper towel.
If there are cold oil residues on the sensor:

- Immerse the sensor in hot oil.

Let the sensor and probe shaft cool until there is no longer a risk of
burns.

- Clean the sensor before the oil residues cool.
