SD memory card (32 GB). To do this, use

7.3.1 Download the app from the App Store to the customer's device
(smartphone/tablet).
7.3.2 Select and set Region/State/Country (flag) in the app on the customer's
smartphone/tablet.
7.3.3 Get the customer to perform a firmware update via the app if Step 5.3.2 (country
selection) could not be performed.
7.3.4 Format micro SD memory card (32 GB).
