Action
–
Stop the motorcycle and identify the
faulty component using the blink code.

Check the wiring for damage and the
electrical plug-in connections for corro-
sion and damage.

Read out the fault memory using the
KTM diagnostics tool.

Route the vent hose without bends or
change it if necessary.
–
Check the engine oil level. (

Change the engine oil and the oil filter,
clean the oil screens.

Measure the piston/cylinder mounting
clearance.

Check the charging voltage.

Check the stator winding of the alter-
nator.
