LAYING ESSAGES
You may play old or new messages.
• Press and release the play button. If there are new messages, the
answering system plays the new messages. If there are no new
messages, the answering system plays all messages stored on the
answering system.
• To stop playback, press and release the stop/set
• To repeat a message, press and release the previous button.
• To go back to the beginning of a previous message, press and hold the
previous button.
• To skip to the beginning of the next message, press and release the
play/next button.

RASING A ESSAGE
To erase a message, press and release erase button while reviewing a
message. The unit announces, "Message Erased."

When the answering system isn't playing or recording messages, press
and hold the erase button until you hear the "Messages Erased"
announcement. If you do not have any messages, the unit announces, "Zero
Messages." New messages are not erased.

EAVING A EMO
Press and hold the memo button. Record your message after you hear the
announcement and the beep. Release the memo button when you're
finished recording. The unit treats the memo as a message, and the
messages indicator (play/next button) flashes.
