– Generally, you should have a fire extinguisher
and first-aid kit on hand and be prepared for
an accident or fire in all cases.
– Place the charcoal grill on a flat, level, safe,
heat-resistant and clean surface.
– Set the charcoal grill up so that it is at least
1 m away from easily flammable materials
such as awnings, wooden patios or furniture.
– Do not move the charcoal grill during use.
– Only light the charcoal in areas that are
protected from the wind.
– Do not fill the charcoal grill with more than
1.35 kg of charcoal.
– Some food produces flammable fats and
juices. Clean the charcoal grill regularly;
ideally after each use.
– Only pour out the ashes once the charcoal
has completely burned down and cooled off.
Risk of burn and accident!
This appliance is not designed to be used by
persons (including children) with impaired
physical, sensory or mental abilities or those
lacking experience and/or knowledge.
– Advise persons belonging to this group of
the risks associated with the appliance and
supervise them with a person responsible for
their safety.
– Any modifications to the product pose a
considerable risk to safety and are prohibited.
Any impermissible tampering is also
prohibited. In the event of damage, repairs or
other problems with the charcoal grill, contact
our service centre or a qualified professional
in your area.
– Do not set up the charcoal grill near entrances
or in highly frequented areas.
– Always exercise extreme caution when using
the grill. If you are distracted, you could lose
control of the appliance.
– Always remain attentive while barbecuing and
pay attention to what you are doing. Do not
use the product if you are distracted or tired
or under the influence of drugs, alcohol or
medication. A single moment of inattentiveness
when using the product can result in serious
injuries.

Risk of injury!
Some of the individual parts of the charcoal
grill have sharp edges.
– Handle the individual parts of the grill with
care to avoid accidents or injury while
assembling and operating it. If applicable,
wear protective gloves.
NOTICE
Risk of damage!
During use, the screwed connections may
gradually become loose and reduce the
stability of the grill.
– Check to make sure that the screwed
connections are secure before each use. If
applicable, tighten all screws to guarantee a
stable position.
Using the wrong cleaners could damage the
surfaces and leave behind signs of rubbing.
– Do not use any strong or abrasive solvents or
scrub pads.
When using the grill, the floor and walls may
now and again become stained by grease
splatters, for example.
– Ensure that the subsurface has been
sufficiently protected from such impurities.

Assembly

First read through the assembly instructions completely
and take enough time for assembly. Locate a level work
area 2–3 square metres in size. Have the necessary tools
on hand.
Required tools
– 1× Cross-slot screwdriver
– 2× size 17 open-ended spanner or 2 corresponding
pliers
– 1× size 10 open-ended spanner or corresponding
pliers
Unpacking the individual parts
Unpack all individual parts and remove all packaging
materials. Store the packaging material out of the
reach of children and dispose of it in accordance with
regulations after assembling the charcoal grill.
