- Page 3 1.3 Interfaces All connections are located on the rear of the panel 1.3.1 Ethernet, Power over Ethernet Ethernet connection through Ethernet jack. Use a PoE-enabled switch or a PoE injector for power supply over Ethernet (PoE). 1.3.2 2Wire-Connection If the unit was ordered with the 2Wire option, connect the 2 installation wires to the 2Wire terminals.
- Page 4 Wall mounting Flush mounting The dimensions are width 3.74” x height 7 .76” and a total depth of 1.42” . Wall cutout dimensions are 7 .2” x 3.27” . The unit protrudes approx. 0.31” from the wall. For uneven surfaces we recommend to surface mount the unit. When flush mounting it, make sure the tabs on the rear housing are positioned on the top and bottom of the wall surface.
- Page 5 The back box can be used as a drilling template. Cable inlet through the large round opening Fasten the back box Connect the cable to the circuit board on the front part. Fasten the front part to the back till it clips in.
- Page 6 Surface mounting (optional) The surface mount procedure is the same except no wall cutout is necessary. The device is screwed directly onto the wall. The back part consists of the surface mount housing. Hollow-wall mounting (optional) The Hollow-wall mounting procedure is the same as the flush mounting procedure.
