Software: Software reported as faulty within a period of 6 months from the date of delivery will be corrected or replaced by Anritsu Corporation at no cost to the user. Following correction or replacement the software will remain under warranty for either the remainder of 6 months from the date of initial delivery, or for a period of 30 days, whichever is shorter.
