The _ET200S_SIxx_getV24Sig FB must be called cyclically in the BackgroundTask or the
TimerInterruptTask. Calling in the SystemInterruptTask is not permitted. Calling the function
block in the IPOSynchronousTask is not recommended for runtime reasons.
RS-232-C secondary signals are updated each time the FB is called (cyclic polling).
Note
A minimum pulse duration is necessary to detect a signal change. Determining factors are the
cycle time (for the SIMOTION hardware platform), the update time on the serial interface
module, and the response time of the communication partner.
