4.2 Brief description

The device is used to determine the distillation sequence of
mineral oil products at atmospheric pressure.
The device is a process analyzer. It measures the distillation
process fully automatically in cycles, in a similar manner as with:
− ASTM D 86
− DIN EN ISO 3405
− IP 123
The process analyzer can be used to monitor both the production
process and the defined specifications for mineral oil products.
Three product flows each with a calibration flow can be connected
to the process analyzer. The flows are selected alternately for
measuring in automatic mode.
Measured values and system messages are displayed on the
touchscreen. The control software can be operated using the
touchscreen.
Measured values and system messages can be transferred to
higher-level systems (e.g. a measuring station) via an integrated
interface.
