Getting Help

All Eiconcard Connections for Windows 2000/XP documentation is provided on the
Universal Connections Suite CD. Separate documentation is available for the two
Eiconcard groups: (1) Eiconcard S-Series/ C-Series or (2) Eiconcard P-Series.

Release Notes

Release Notes include important information about known problems and limitations, and
additional information that is not covered in the online guides. Two Release Notes are
provided, one for each supported Eiconcard group:
• Eiconcard Connections for Windows 2000/XP - S-Series/C-Series —
• Eiconcard Connections for Windows 2000/XP - P-Series —
Both Release Notes are located in the Windows\W2k-XP\Connections for
Windows 2000-XP folder on the Universal Connections Suite CD and are copied to the
designated installation folder. The default installation path is C:\Winnt\System32\Eicon.

Online Guides

Full documentation about how to configure and use Eiconcard Connections for
Windows 2000/XP is provided in the online guides. Refer to the appropriate guide for the
Eiconcard series you are using.

• Eiconcard Connections for Windows 2000/XP - P-Series Online Guide —
Both online guides are located in the Windows\W2k-XP\Connections for Windows
2000-XP folder on the Universal Connections Suite CD.
During installation of the Eiconcard Connections software, the appropriate online guide(s)
will be copied to the Winnt\System32\Eicon folder on your hard disk. If you install only an
S-Series or C-Series Eiconcard, only the S-Series/C-Series Online Guide is copied to
your hard disk. If you install only a P-Series Eiconcard, only the P-Series Online Guide is
copied to your hard disk.
If you install an S-Series or C-Series card and a P-Series card, both guides are copied to
your hard disk, and information from both guides can be accessed from within either guide.
