Method:
1. Place the seafood in a non reactive bowl (ie: stainless steel or
glass) and add enough of the asian marinade (see page12)
to generously coat the mixture. Allow 1 hour, longer if
desired, to marinate.
2. Thread the mixture onto the skewers starting and finishing
with a tomato.
3. Set skewers in Rotisserie. Press POWER to turn unit on -
select MEAT and HIGH heat settings. Press CENTER HEATER
on.
4. Set timer for 15 minutes - Press START.

10-20 minutes
