5.1 Mounting
Warning
Danger of accidents Loading luggage can significantly affect the handling characteristics.

When the rear bag is fitted, the handling characteristics, as well as the cornering and braking cha-
racteristics, may change due to greater crosswind sensitivity, especially when fully laden. Take care
in strong winds. Due to the changed handling characteristics, approach the permitted maximum
speed of 130 km/h slowly.

Danger of accidents Never exceed the payload of 3 kg.

The rear bag must always remain closed while riding. A rear bag that is damaged in any way may
no longer be used. Always make sure that all accessory parts and luggage are carefully attached.
Check this regularly.

Use warm soapy water and a soft, clean cloth to clean the rear bag. Do not use harsh cleaning agents
or rough cleaning utensils.

Textiles may undergo slight color changes and fade if exposed to prolonged and intense sunlight.
