PHENOMENA AND ACTIONS FOR CONTROL BOX
• Contact your Komatsu distributor for the remedies indicated with (*) in the remedy column.
• Ask your Komatsu distributor for repairs for problems or causes which are not listed below.
Problem
Control box cannot be turned on.
Control box freezes (touch panel
does not react).
It automatically changes to Win-
dows® operating system screen.
The message about cylinder stroke
end reset does not go out.
Compensation value of blade eleva-
tion exceeds 50 mm.

Main causes
Defective wiring
Time of pressing the power supply
ON switch of the control box is too
short.
Blown fuse
Insufficient battery charge
Battery disconnect switch is at OFF
position.
Control box may be defective.
Control box may be defective.
Operation procedure may be wrong.
Incorrect input of pitch rod length
Stroke sensor may be defective.
Incorrect input of wear amount
Incorrect input of pitch rod length
Stroke end is not reset.
Incorrect setting of the base station,
control point and control point
The machine was turned when ap-
proaching to the control point.
Insufficient receiving state of GNSS
satellite
Remedy
Check the connector on back of con-
trol box for disconnection and the
open circuit, and repair it if any (*)
Hold down the power supply ON
switch.
Check, repair. (*)
Charge the battery.
Turn it to ON position.
Restart the control box.

Restart the control box.

Perform stroke end reset of cylinder.
