Do not use this product for any purpose that is not explicitly specified in this manual and do not exceed weight capacity.
- Page 3 ASSEMBLY STEPS STEP 1 Assemble the crossbar ends (4) to the legs (5, 6) using M8x47 bolts (A). Ensure the ends are facing in the same directions as the motor and hex socket, and tighten the bolts using the 5mm Allen wrench (H). Mount the side brackets (3) to the legs, making sure the top is facing away from each crossbar end, using M6x10 bolts (B).
- Page 4 STEP 2 Place the feet (7) on the legs as shown, then insert and tighten M6x12 bolts (C) using the 4mm Allen wrench (H). STEP 3 Insert the crossbar (9) into the crossbar ends.
- Page 5 STEP 4 Screw the foot pads (F) into the feet. Insert M6x12 bolts into the crossbar ends using the 4mm Allen wrench (H). Do not tighten at this time. STEP 5 Loosen the nut on the sync rod (10). Insert the sync rod’s hex shaft into the socket of the non-motorized leg, then extend the rod onto the motor coupling.
- Page 6 STEP 6 Hang the power strip tray (12) over the crossbar. Adjust the frame length to fit the desktop (1) (not included), then secure to the desktop using M5x16 screws with a Phillips screwdriver. Mount the control panel (2) using M4x12 screws, and the control unit (8) using M5x16 screws. Tighten the sync rod nut and previously inserted M6x12 bolts.
- Page 7 STEP 8 Carefully flip the assembled desk right side up and plug the power cord into an AC electrical outlet. If necessary, adjust foot pads to level the desk. The desk is now ready for use.
