Setting up the SommelierSet

The SommelierSet can be used to have
your wine ready for drinking. You can
store wine glasses and accessories, de-
cant your wine, and store open bottles
in the wine conditioning unit.
a Large and small box for accessories
b Decanter plate, e.g., for wine carafes
c Glass holder to store or cool wine
d Bottle holder with adjustable retain-
ers for wine bottles of varying sizes

For ideal access, the SommelierSet sits
on the wooden shelf at the bottom of
the wine conditioning zone in the center
of the wine conditioning unit.

 Next, place the accessory boxes 
on either side of the shelf (the large
box to the left) and position the de-
canter plate  in the center of the
shelf.
 Pull the runners above the bottom
shelf out as far as they will go on
both sides.
