Is the circuit breaker tripped or the fuse blown?

IF THE COOKTOP BURNERS DO NOT LIGHT
Is the two piece burner assembled correctly? (See page 23, fig. 13)

Is the burner head assembly aligned correctly? (See page 23, fig. 13)

Is the manual shut-off valve open? This is usually located where the gas comes out of the wall.
