INSTALLATION

Installing/Replacing the lamp
Before replacing the lamp, unplug mains lead and let the lamp cool down (approx. 5 minutes).
Please follow the lamp manufacturer's notes!
Do not install lamps with a higher wattage! Lamps with a higher wattage generate temperatures the device
was not designed for. Damages caused by non-observance are not subject to warranty.
For the installation, you need one 6 V/30 W PAR-36 lamp.
During the operation, the lamp reaches temperatures of up to 130° C.
Procedure:
Step 1: Please remove the fixation ring by pressing it together.
Step 2: If replacing the lamp, remove the old lamp from the pinspot and loosen the wires.
Step 3: Loosen the screws on the new 6 V/30W PAR-36 lamp with an appropriate screwdriver.
Step 4: Connect the wires with the lamp using an appropriate screwdriver.
Step 5: Tighten the screws.
Step 6: Insert the lamp in the housing.
Step 7: Fix the lamp with the fixation ring.
Mounting the colour-wheel
Step 1: Unscrew the nut and the first tooth ring from the fixation axle of the colour-wheel motor.
Step 2: Remove the foil of the colour-wheel.
Step 3: Slip the colour-wheel onto the fixation axle of the motor.
Step 4: Slip the tooth ring first and then the nut onto the fixation axle.
Step 5: Fasten the nut without damaging the colour-wheel.
Step 6: Fix the colour-wheel with motor via the fixation on the motor to the Pinspot housing and tighten
the screw.
Step 7: Attach the safety-rope with the quick link at the Pinspot's mounting-bracket.
Rigging
The installation of the Pinspot has to be built and constructed in a way that it can hold 10 times the weight for
1 hour without any harming deformation.
DANGER TO LIFE!
Only install the lamp with the device switched off!
Unplug from mains before!
CAUTION!
The lamp has to be replaced when it is damaged
