Trouble

Causes
① When the sewing speed is maximized, the
feeding force is decreased.

① The properties of the nylon thread itself
result in this trouble.
○ Reduce the sewing speed. (1,500 to 1,800 sti/
min)
○ Reduce the sewing speed. (1,500 to 1,800 sti/
min)
○ Decrease the tension of the thread take-up
spring.
○ Decrease the stroke of the thread take-up spring.
○ Use a needle of a lower count.
○ Move the arm thread guide (A) in the left.
