If the ST-VC is under program control and the power is cycled to the ST-VC, it renews the volume, bass, and treble levels to the current program settings. FLAT input which will take the bass and treble levels for channels A, B, and C to 50%. There is a MUTE ALL that simply toggles the MUTE ALL line on the ST-VC. When MUTE ALL is engaged, the mute states for A, B, and C are disregarded and all channels are muted. -
