Fan Hub, Belt Driven - Doosan DX140R Shop Manual

Remove the drive belt. Refer to Procedure "Drive Belt, Cooling
Fan" on page-115.
With the belt removed, verify that the tensioner arm stop is in
contact with the spring case stop. If they are not touching, the
tensioner must be replaced.

Remove the drive belt.
The fan hub must rotate without any wobble or
