Fuel/Water Separator Filters (Diesel Engines Only)

• The frequency of water draining or element replacement is determined by the contamina-
tion level in the fuel.
• Inspect the collection bowls for water daily.
• Replace the elements at least once a year, or when a loss of power is noticed, whichever
comes first.
• Each fuel feed line features a fuel/water
separator filter.
• The fuel/water separator filters are mounted
on the forward wall in the engine room.
• Service instructions for the fuel/water sepa-
rator filters are provided on the filters.
