The materials conform to Regulation (EC) no. 1935/2004.
* O-rings DIN 11864 R; the release of individual particles when exposed to
high thermal load is possible - then shorten the maintenance intervals.
Make sure that the wetted surfaces are not scratched or damaged.
The metallic, wetted surfaces are electropolished with Ra max. 0.8 μm.
Do not scratch or damage the wetted side of the diaphragm.
Do not exceed the chloride content of the batching water (see
cleaning agents and parameters' on page 22 and Ä 'Selected disinfec‐
tants and parameters' on page 22 ), because the steel parts can then
become unhygienic due to corrosion.
ProMinent recommends including the metering pump with hygienic pump
head in an HACCP and/or in-house hygiene scheme.
