ROUBLESHOOTING
Action (cont.)
Open feedwater supply valve.
Replace RO prefilter.
Call Technical Service.
Increase pressure.
Continue rinse-up.
Be sure RO membrane is installed
properly.
Replace RO membrane.
If decline in flowrate is unacceptable,
install feedwater temperature valve
to elevate water temperature. Valve
available by calling customer service.
Replace RO membrane.
Be sure prefilter is not blocked.
Increase incoming water pressure.
Increase operating pressure. If
needed, use Barnstead accessory
AY1332X1 external pressure boost
assembly.
Call Technical Service. If needed, use
Barnstead accessory AY1332X2
External Filter Assembly with gauges.
This contains high volume 5 micron
particulate filtering in conjunction
with membrane antiscalant.
