Steps
Plug the power connector into the rear of

the device.
Press the Start Menu
Step 2
Setting mode.
Rotate the Dial to Cellular function and
Step 3 press Dial to turn it on and make sure that
Airplane Mode is turned off.
Back to the main screen and make sure
that the 4G icon will display at the top of
