Possible Cause
The power cord is not connected to
the power socket.
LCD failure or controlled PCB failure.
During ramp time.
Filter is too dirty.
Flow generator failure.
SD card is full.
SD card is not inserted correctly.
Data on the SD card is corrupted.
1. Make sure the mask is properly fit
on the user's face.
Check the condition of the tubing
and connect it properly.
Check if pressure & flow sensor
tube connects properly.
2. Check if any damage on the
pressure & flow sensor tube <refer
to 6-3>.
3. Replace the pressure & flow
sensor tube if the problem
remains the same <refer to 6-3>.
4. Replace the mainboard if the
problem remains the same <refer
to 6-3>.
Solution
1. Check for the power cord if it connected to
the power socket.
2. Replace the LCD <refer to 6-2>.
3. Replace the mainboard if the problem
remain the same < refer to 6-2>.
1. Make sure the power cord is plugged in,
then press any button/dial, and the LCD
should automatically turn it on.
2. Replace the mainboard or LCD if the
problem still remains it<refer to 6-3>.
1. Remove the Dial and reconnect again.
2. Replace the Dial if the problem remains the
same.
1. Check the ramp time setting.
2. Change the filter regularly < refer to 4-4>.
3. Check if the blower's wire harness connects
on the main board.
4. Replace the blower if the problem remains
the same < refer to 6-5>.
1. Check if the SD card is provided by APEX or
Check the SD card format <Fat32>.
2. Check if the SD card is full capacity and clear
space for the new data.
