4.Put the filling onto the toasts. Do
not put too much filling, otherwise the
sandwich maker will not lock.
5.Cover them with the other toasts.
Do not forget, that the buttered side
should face the plate.
6.Close the sandwich maker and cook
until the sandwiches are ready.
American sweet sandwich
Ingredients:
•Butter – 20 g
•Toast bread – 2 slices
•Peanut butter – 2 tbs.
•Jam – 2 tbs.
Method of cooking
1.Preheat a sandwich maker.
2.Brush a toast with peanut butter and
jam.
3.Cover with the other toast. Brush
the outer sides with butter.
4.Cook in a sandwich maker until
golden brown.
Smoked sausage and cheese waffles
Ingredients:
•Flour – 300 g
•Milk – 200 ml
•Butter – 100 g
•Eggs – 2 pcs.
•Smoked sausage – 100 g
•Soft cheese – 100 g
•Soda– 0.5 tsp.
•Vinegar
•Salt, pepper
Method of cooking
1. Beat eggs with some salt and
ground pepper.
2. Blend milk with melted butter and
flour, and mix until smooth.
3. Add chopped sausage, grated
cheese, some soda quenched with
vinegar and the beaten eggs. Mix
thoroughly.
4. Preheat a waffle maker. Put some
dough in each slot.
5. Fry until golden brown.
Oat flakes waffles
Ingredients:
•Flour —100 g
•Brown sugar —50 g
•Vegetable oil —½ cup
•Carbonated mineral water —½ cup
•Water —1 cup
•Cocoa powder —1 tbs.
•Baking powder—2 tsp.
•Oat flakes —120 g
Method of cooking
1. Pour boiling water into oat flakes.
Let it cool.
2. Sieve the flour.
3. Add sugar and cocoa powder. Mix
thoroughly.
4. Blend the mixture with the oat
flakes.
5. Add vegetable oil and stir until
smooth.
6. Add the baking powder and imme-
diately pour carbonated water. Again,
mix thoroughly.
7. Brush the heating plates with some
vegetable oil.
8. Preheat the waffle maker. Put a
spoonful of dough on the heating
plate. Bake until golden brown.
Lavash wraps with chicken
Ingredients:
•Chicken fillet – 600 g
•Thin lavash – 4 pcs.
•Tomatoes – 2 pcs.
•Greens for sauce
•Low-fat yogurt – 200 ml
•Lemon – 1 pc.
•Garlic – 4 cloves (1 for marinade)
•Curry powder - ¼ tsp.
•Ground cumin - ¼ tsp.
•Olive oil – 1 tbs.
•Salt, pepper
Method of cooking
1. Cut the chicken fillet into small bars
and put them in marinade made from
½ lemon juice, olive oil and spices.
Place the chicken in a fridge for 15-20
minutes.
2. Make sauce from yogurt, lemon
juice and finely chopped garlic.
3. Fry well the chicken bars both
sides.
4. Wrap the cooked chicken in lavash
together with lettuce and tomatoes.
Then grill lavash wraps both sides.
5. Serve with the sauce.
Grilled bell pepper with sheep cheese
Ingredients:
•Bell peppers – 8-10 pcs.
•Sheep cheese – 150 g
•Olive oil – 2 tbs.
•Garlic – 1 clove
•Salt
Method of cooking
1. Wash and wipe bell peppers, cut
them into four segments, remove
seeds. Flatten the segments.
2. Grill the peppers until they are
ready.
3. Put the grilled peppers on a plate,
put some diced sheep cheese and
chopped garlic on them. Season with
salt and olive oil.
Battercakes
Ingredients:
Eggs - 1 pc.
Sugar- 50 г
Butter - 50 g
Milk - 1/4 l
Flour - 125 g
Salt – a pinch
