In this case, the idle speed is 70% (100% - 40% = 60%
range, divided by 2 gives the distance to the exact
middle,: 30%). The idle speed lies in the exact middle of
40% and 100%, therefore at 70% (100% minus 30%).
If the measured temperature is equal to the set
temperature of 27 °C, the fan runs at idle speed, so at
70%.
The temperature can fall or rise within the set hysteresis
range of -/+ 2 °C. The fan speed will then decrease or
increase by 15% per degree. After all, the range is 60%,
divided by a range of 4 (- 2 °C and + 2 °C). So if the
temperature drops by one degree to 26 °C, the fan
speed will decrease by 15% in proportion to the idle
speed, and therefore decrease to 55% (70% minus 15%).
If the measured value is 28 °C, the fan speed increases
by 15% in proportion to the idle speed. The fan speed
becomes 85%. If the measured value rises to 29 °C, the
speed increases again by 15% to the maximum fan
capacity "BOX MAX".

4.6 Adjustment optimisation

Speeding up from the "BOX MIN" speed to the "BOX
MAX" speed and vice versa takes about 2 minutes. The
Clima Control Eco regulates less rapidly than other
controllers, creating a more stable climate. By playing
with the "BOX MIN" and the "BOX MAX" values you can
create the perfect adjustment. Do not set the "BOX MIN"
too low to prevent your fan from humming. This setting
can be different for each fan.

4.7 100% - full speed mode

The controller settings can be (temporarily) bypassed to
let the fan run non-stop at 100%, if desired. To do this,
set the rocker switch to the "100%" position.
To continue with the preferred temperature settings, set
the rocker switch back to "AUTO".

4.8 Switch off the Clima Control Eco

To switch off the Clima Control Eco and the operation of
the fans, set the rocker switch to "OFF".

5. Fuse replacement

If a short circuit occurs due to fan overload, the fuse will
blow. Even if the Clima Control Eco does not operate at
all, in the worst case, this could indicate a blown fuse.
The fuse (8A or 15A, depending on the version of your
Clima Control Eco) must then be replaced.
To replace the fuse, go through the following steps (the
fuse holder is placed on the left front side of the
controller to the left of the rotary knob "BOX MIN"):
1. Press the black fuse holder slightly with a
screwdriver and turn it a quarter of a turn
counterclockwise.
2. Remove the fuse holder.
3. Remove the fuse.
4. Insert a new 8 or 15 amp fuse (depending on the
version of your Clima Control Eco).
5. Reinstall the fuse holder in the housing of the Clima
Control Eco.
6. Then press the fuse holder again with a screwdriver
and tighten it by turning it a quarter turn clockwise.
Your Clima Control Eco is ready for use again.
