REF OSC Adjustment

 Connect the frequency counter to TP1097 on
the MAIN Unit.
 Press and hold in the [STEP/MCH], [C.S] and
[FINE] keys, while turning the radio ON, to en-
ter the alignment mode.
 Rotate the [FUNC] knob to select the alignment
parameter "1-003 FREQ.".
 Rotate the [MPVD] ring so that the frequency
counter reading is "250.000000 ±20 Hz".
 Press and hold in the [FUNC] knob to save the
new setting and exit the alignment mode.
