To change the Region to C2

To enable the 70 MHz (4m) Band on the FT-DX101D/MP first enable the C2 Region, this will also provide 5MHz (60m)
coverage from 5.2500000 MHz – 5.406050 MHz.
1. Turn the transceiver OFF.
2. Press and hold in the [FUNC] and [MODE]
while turning the transceiver ON.
The green LED indicator will blink with
intervals of 0.5 sec (0.5 sec ON, 0.5 sec OFF).
3. Momentarily press the [MODE] button, and
the green LED indicator will now blink with
interval of 1 sec (1 sec ON, 1 sec OFF).
4. Press and hold in the [MODE] button, and
the radio will restart automatically. Once
restarted the region will have changed to
C2.

To enable 70 MHz (4m) band for the MAIN receiver

1. Press the [MAIN] button.
2. Press the [70/GEN] button.
3. Touch on the .000 digits of the main
frequency display as shown in the picture.
