Cause
Software may not be
configured correctly.
Printer driver may not be
set up.
There may not be enough
Windows resources
available to load the
screen matching program.
Printer driver may not be
set up.
Colors may not be selected
correctly.
Your application does not
support multiple copies.
Solution
Check that all software is
correctly configured for the
network environment. For
example, with a Novell
network, you must include
the Capture statement. Refer
to the user's manuals
supplied with your
networking software for
more information.
Make sure the BJC-70
printer driver is properly
installed and set up. See
Chapter 4, Using the Printer
With Your Software, for
details.
You can continue printing
without the color matching
feature by choosing the
Continue button in the
message window.
Close all open Windows
applications and try to print
again.
Make sure the printer driver

From the top menu bar,
select the File menu.
Highlight Preferences and
then highlight Print.
In the Preferences dialog box,
make sure Fast Graphics
Printing is not selected
(remove the X from this box)
and then click on OK.
