Neither flash nor bulb exposures can be used in AEB mode.

If you set mirror lockup with C.Fn-3-1 and then use AEB, single-frame shooting
takes effect even if the drive mode is set to continuous shooting.

To indicate that AEB is in progress, the <
the < > indicator in the viewfinder blink until all three bracketed shots have
been taken.
●
If the drive mode is set to single-frame shooting, you must press the shutter
button three times to complete the bracketing sequence.
●
During continuous shooting, no viewfinder information is displayed.
●
In manual exposure mode, AEB is applied by changing the shutter speed.
●
You can use AEB in combination with exposure compensation. In this case, if
exposure compensation causes the exposure to fall outside the indicated exposure
level, the viewfinder display looks as follows. In all cases, the exposures are taken
according to both the AEB and exposure compensation settings.

: AEB set to +/– 1 stop.
: With exposure compensation of –1 stop
: With exposure compensation of –1.5 stops

: Center exposure –2 stops from standard exposure
