Switching ON and OFF

1. Insert the battery into the battery carrier (4). The battery locks audibly.
2. To turn the lawn and edge trimmer on, keep the safety switch (2) pressed
and than press the ON/OFF switch (3) inwards. Release the safety switch.
3. To turn off the lawn and edge trimmer, release the ON/OFF switch. Please
note the motor will run for approx. 5 seconds after switching off.

Adjusting the Telescopic Tube

1. To enlarge the telescopic tube (7), unscrew the connection (6) and pull out
the tube. The telescopic tube can be enlarged up to 17 cm.
2. After adjusting, tighten the telescopic tube. Only hand tight the connection.

Adjusting the Auxiliary Handle

The auxiliary handle (1) is adjustable in several
positions.
1. To change the position of the auxiliary
handle, simultaneously press both push
buttons (5) inwards and push or pull the
handle forwards or backwards depending on
the desired working position.
2. Push or pull the auxiliary handle until is locks
audibly.
