TROUBLESHOOTING GUIDE
INFORMATION CODES
If the dryer fails to operate, you may see an information code on the display panel.
To determine what you should do, check the list of codes in the table below, and then try the suggested actions.

Start button is pressed with dryer door open. Check that door is fully closed.
• If error code persists, contact service at 1-844-553-6667.
Motor problem
• Check to see if there is an overload of laundry. Remove excess laundry and
restart.
• If error code persists, contact service at 1-844-553-6667.
Check and clean lint filter. Check the two humidity sensor bars located in the drum
directly below the lint filter holder and clean off lint or dirt buildup.
• If error code persists, contact service at 1-844-553-6667.
Fan thermostat error
• If error code persists, contact service at 1-844-553-6667.
Duct Thermostat Error
Check and clean lint from exhaust duct opening.
• If error code persists, contact service at 1-844-553-6667.
Occurs when a low voltage model is operated with a high voltage (about 165V or
higher)
• When an error occurs, turn off the power and connect the power cord to a low
voltage outlet.
