Damage to the assembly due to mechanical strain
If the assembly is excessively bent, solder contacts, components and conducting paths may
snap.
• Place the OCS assembly onto the spacers and carefully press it down in the middle
until the spacers snap into place.
• If present, reconnect the data cables to the OCS assembly in accordance with the
assignment noted during removal. To do so, insert the conductors into the screw
terminals and retighten the screw terminal with a flat-blade screwdriver (blade width: 2
mm).
12. Connect the ribbon cable to the OCS assembly.
13. Connect the remaining cables:
• Connect the DC link connection cable (A) to the CON assembly. To do so, insert the
conductors into the screw terminals and retighten the screw terminals (torque: 1.5 Nm).
Ensure the color assignment is correct (BK = black, RD = red).
• Connect the fan cable (B) to the new AC power controller assembly. Ensure that the
connectors snap into place correctly.
• Connect the cables coming from the transformer (C) (torque for the screw terminals: 1.5
Nm). Ensure the color assignment is correct (GN = green, RD = red).
14. Check the tension of every cable.
