6 Removing Defective Power Module
5. Loosen the locking mechanism of the 4 white
spacers in the display assembly, take hold of the
edge of the display assembly and carefully remove
it from the OCS assembly by moving it forward.
6. Using a suitable tool (e.g. socket wrench [AF 4]), loosen the locking mechanism of the 4
spacers in the OCS assembly.
7. Take hold of the edge of the OCS assembly and carefully remove it from the AC power
controller assembly by moving it forward.
8. Reconnect the display assembly to the OCS assembly.
9. Remove the ribbon cable from the CON assembly and the AC power controller assembly.
10. Remove the remaining cables:
• Remove the DC link connection cable (A) from the CON assembly. To do so, loosen the
2 screw terminals with a flat-blade screwdriver (blade width: 5.5 mm) and remove the
conductor from the screw terminals.
• Remove the fan cable (B).
• Remove the cables (C) coming from the transformer.
