Adding a New Group
You can set up a group of multiple recipients.

Click Group.
The Group Setting dialog box appears.

In the Group Name field, type a name for your Group.

From the Stored Fax Numbers box select the recipients for your Group, and then click
Your selection will appear in the box under the Group Name field.

Click OK.
The Address Book dialog box reappears:

Click OK.
The Print/Facsimile dialog box reappears:

If you are ready to send your fax, click Send Fax.
(Follow the steps on page 115 for sending a fax.)
