6. Pull the diskette drive forward slightly (see "Replacing a diskette drive in bay 3"
on page 51) to access the system board screw beneath it.
7. Remove the heat sink retention modules by removing the eight screws that
secure it to the system board.
8. Remove the 9 remaining screws that secure the system board to the chassis
and put them in a safe place.
Note: Eight of the screws described in step 8 secure the two heat-sink
retention modules to the system board.
9. Gently slide the system board towards the front of the system; then, lift it up and
out of the computer.
To install the system board, reverse the previous steps.
