Auxiliary switches
You will find more information on mounting auxiliary switches in chapter Mounting auxiliary
switches (Page 66).
7.2.2
Auxiliary switches for size 1
Auxiliary switches for size 1 are available in two versions:
With cable
These are delivered with soldered 50 cm long cables. If longer wiring is necessary, terminal
blocks have to be used.
The conductor cross-section of the soldered cables is AWG18 / 0.82 mm².
Note
For use under UL constraints, only the auxiliary switches with cables must be used.
Without cable
These are delivered with 3 flat connectors and 3 identification tubes. The flat connectors can
be used with a conductor cross-section from 0.5 – 1.5 mm² (22 – 16 AWG) mm².
The identification tubes can be placed on the cables for easy identification of the auxiliary
switch connections. They can be fixed with a hot-air blower (shrink sleeving).
