Definitions of switch disconnectors with fuses
3KF SITOR is a variation of the proven 3KF LV HRC, provides optimized heat dissipation
and permits the use of fuses with substantially higher power losses. In this way, fuses for
semiconductor protection can be loaded with higher currents than conventional switch
disconnectors with fuses.
3KF switch disconnectors with fuses protect against overload and short circuits in low-
voltage circuits as main switches, EMERGENCY STOP switches or maintenance switches of
switchboard assemblies, power distribution boards, power supply and motor outgoing
feeders. Available in 5 sizes, they enable a rated current of between 32 and 800 A to be
connected or interrupted. The modular design of the devices means auxiliary switches and
additional poles can be retrofitted at any time.
