Posizionare i cavi comando

acceleratore e starter fissando i
fermacavi nelle apposite sedi del
supporto sul corpo farfallato (5).
Ingrassare con grasso prescritto la
carrucola del corpo farfallato.
E
Montare i cavi interni del comando
acceleratore inserendo i nottolini di
D
apertura (D) e di chiusura (E) nelle
apposite sedi della carrucola.
Bloccare i fermacavi sul supporto
con gli anelli seeger (C) e inserire il
cappuccio in gomma (B).
Importante
Durante il montaggio
sul fermacavo, non aprire
eccessivamente le estremità del
seeger (C) per evitare di snervarlo.
Bloccare il fermacavo del cavo starter
allo stesso modo quindi inserire il cavo
interno, completo di molletta (H), nel
morsetto del corpo farfallato.
Effettuare la regolazione del cavo
starter controllando che la distanza tra
il nottolino e l'inizio del cavo esterno

sia 20 mm.
Serrare la vite (F) bloccando il cavo

starter.
Ripiegare l'eccedenza del cavo
starter.
Montare il corpo farfallato completo (5)

all'interno della scatola filtro (6)
interponendo le guarnizioni (4).
Fissare il corpo farfallato alla scatola
filtro (6) impegnando le viti (10) con
rosette (15).
Serrare alla coppia prescritta
(Sez. C 3) prima le tre viti del corpo
farfallato cilindro verticale (quello con
i fori) poi le tre viti di quello orizzontale
(quello con le asole) applicando
frenafiletti prescritto.
Inserire il gommino passaparete (16)
con cablaggio nell'apposita sede.
Controllare l'ordine dei cavi all'interno
del gommino (O) e montarlo nel
coperchio della scatola filtro (2).
Per facilitare l'inserimento utilizzare
alcool.

Refitting the throttle
body to the airbox
Locate the throttle and starter cables
and secure the cable clamps in their
seats in the throttle body support (5).
Lubricate the throttle body cable
pulley with the recommended grease.
Fit the throttle control inner cables
with their opening (D) and closing (E)
barrel ends in the respective seats
in the pulley.
Secure the cable stops to the support
with the circlips (C) and refit the
rubber cap (B).
Important
When fitting the circlips (C)
to the cable stops, avoid opening the
ends of the circlips excessively as this
could damage them.
Secure the starter cable stop in the
same way and then fit the inner cable,
complete with clip (H), into the clamp
on the throttle body.
Adjust the starter cable, checking that
the distance between the barrel end
of the inner cable and the start of the
outer cable is 20 mm.
Tighten down the screw (F) securing
the starter cable.
Fold over the excess length of the
starter cable.
Fit the entire throttle body (5) inside
the filter box (6) with its gaskets (4).
Secure the throttle body to the
airbox (6) with the screws (10) and
washers (15).
Tighten to the specified torque
(Sect. C 3) first the three screws
on the vertical cylinder throttle body
(those with holes) and then the three
screws on the horizontal cylinder
throttle body (those with slots);
apply the prescribed threadlocker.
Insert the rubber grommet (16)
with the wiring in its seat.
Check the order of the cables inside
the block (O) and fit it to the airbox
cover (2).
Use alcohol to facilitate insertion of
the rubber.
