Rimontaggio impianto
freno posteriore
Rimontare la ruota posteriore
(Sez. G 4).
In caso di sostituzione delle tubazioni
freno o dello smontaggio di uno
dei componenti dell'impianto freno
posteriore, è necessario fare
particolare attenzione all'orientamento
dei raccordi sulla pompa e sulla pinza.
può causare un malfunzionamento

dell'impianto frenante e può
ostacolare le parti in movimento del
motociclo. Rispettare l'orientamento
rappresentato in figura.

Posizionare il tubo freno (A) sul

forcellone e fissare le fascette (12)
con le viti (13) seguendo l'ordine

mostrato in figura.
Non fascettare il cavo del sensore
B velocità (B) con le fascette (12) ma
con fascette in plastica al tubo freno
posteriore (A).

Il fissaggio del tubo freno sulla pinza

deve essere eseguito interponendo
sul raccordo le apposite guarnizioni in
rame (4).

Dopo aver orientato il raccordo,
bloccare la vite (5) alla coppia
prescritta (Sez. C 3).
Se è stato rimosso il sensore
velocità (8), posizionarlo sulla piastra

porta pinza (10) con il distanziale (9) e
serrare la vite (7) alla coppia prescritta
(Sez. C 3).

di fissaggio disco freno deve essere
compreso tra 0,6±2,2 mm.
Inserire la pinza freno posteriore (3)

sul disco freno e allinearla ai fori della
piastra portapinza (10).
Applicare grasso su filetto e

sottotesta delle viti (6).
Serrare le viti (6) alla coppia prescritta
(Sez. C 3).

Refitting the rear brake
system
Refit the rear wheel (Sect. G 4).
If the brake hoses are renewed or
if one of the components of the rear
brake system have been removed,
make sure that the hose unions on
the master cylinder and the calliper
are correctly positioned.
Warning
An incorrectly positioned hose
can affect brake operation and foul
moving parts. Position the hose as
shown in the figure.
Position the brake pipe (A) on the
swingarm and secure the clips (12)
with the screws (13) following the
order shown in the figure.
Do not secure the speed sensor
cable (B) with the clips (12) but use
plastic ties to secure it to the rear
brake pipe (A).
Remember to fit the copper
gaskets (4) to the union when
connecting the brake pipe to the
brake calliper.
After positioning the union correctly,
tighten down the screw (5) to the
specified torque (Sect. C 3).
If removed, position the speed
sensor (8) on the calliper mounting
plate (10) with spacer (9) and tighten
screw (7) to the specified torque
(Sect. C 3).
Notes
The air gap between sensor (9)
and brake disc screw must be in the
range 0.6±2.2 mm.
Fit the rear brake calliper (3) over the
brake disc, aligning it with the holes in
calliper mounting plate (10).
Grease the threads and undersides of
the heads of the bolts (6).
Tighten the bolts (6) to the specified
torque (Sect. C 3).

Fill the rear braking
system with brake fluid
Fit the RH side fairing
