Locate the base I/O address switch at SW1 on your PC/104-GPIB.
Refer to the parts locator diagram, Figure 2-2.

Change the switch settings to configure the PC/104-GPIB to the new
base I/O address.
Press down on the side marked 1 to select a binary value of 1 for the
corresponding address bit. Press down on the 0 side of the switch to
select a binary value of 0. Refer to Figure 2-3 for an example of the
switch settings and corresponding base I/O addresses.
