Problem
The air conditioner
does not work.
The room is not cool
enough.
The air conditioner
emits an unpleasant
noise.
The
compressor
does not work.
The remote control
does not work.

WARRANTY TERMS AND CONDITIONS
This product is guaranteed for a fixed period of time with the distributor from the date of purchase against any
failure resulting from a manufacturing or material defect. This warranty does not cover defects or damage
resulting from improper installation, improper use or abnormal wear and tear of the product.
Possible reasons
There is no electricity.
The 'water tank full' indicator is on.
The room temperature is too low or too high.
In cooling mode, the room temperature is
lower than the set temperature; in heating
mode, the room temperature is higher than the
set temperature.
In dehumidifying mode, the temperature is too
low.
The room is in direct sunlight.
The doors and windows are open or there are
heat sources in the room.
The filter is dirty.
The air inlets and outlets are clogged.
The air conditioner is not on a flat surface.
The air conditioner is in safety mode to prevent
overheating.
The remote control is too far away from the air
conditioner.
The remote control is not aligned with the
remote sensor on the appliance.
The batteries do not work.
The pipe temperature sensor is abnormal.
The room temperature sensor is abnormal.
Solutions
Plug the air conditioner into the mains supply.
Empty the water tank.
The air conditioner must be used in a room with a
temperature between 7°C and 35°C.
Reset the temperature.
The appliance should be placed in a room with a
temperature of more than 17°C.
Close the curtains.
Close the doors and windows and remove the heat
sources.
Clean or replace the filter.
Unclog the air inlets and outlets.
Place the air conditioner on a flat and stable surface to
reduce the unpleasant noise.
Wait for the temperature to lower for 3 minutes, then
restart the appliance.
Bring the remote control closer to the air conditioner
and align the remote with the sensor.
Replace the batteries.
Check the pipe temperature sensor and associated
circuits.
Check
